Empty, but finished, garden bed
A couple days ago, I told you my garden bed was finished, and that I had bought some herbs, but I hadn’t had time to take a pic. I rectified that, and here are the pics.

- This is my lavender container, the day after I planted it. Lavender doesn’t look so good, but there was good reason. Poor thing was all root-bound and soggy when I planted it. When I looked at it the next day, it also looked like it had powdery mildew or something. The rosemary I bought a while ago had the same problem. Treated them both the same way, with a teaspoon each of Murphy’s Oil Soap and baking soda mixed in a quart of warm water. Worked like a charm.

While I was at it, I figured I might as well treat the other herbs I bought, as they were in a similarly soggy state at the store. Forgot to take a pic of them, but they’re all repotted and looking pretty good now.
